Differentiation of Tumor Associated Insomnia Circumfluence based on"Continuity"
Insomnia which occurs in the process of tumor occurrence and development and anti-tumor is called tumor-associated insomnia(CRI).Without timely treatment,it is easy to develop into chronic insomnia,seriously affecting the quality of life of patients and the effect of tumor treatment.Based on the theory of"one qi circulation"in the treatment of tumor-related insomnia(CRI),this paper puts forward and discusses in detail that the key to its pathogenesis is"qi imbalance"caused by disharmony between liver and spleen,that is,disharmony between liver and spleen,disorder of qi,and insomnia caused by qi depression.Taking"homology of liver and spleen"as the central idea,it is necessary to treat"tonifying the earth and regulating yin and yang",but the balance of yin and yang should not be excessively corrected in order to achieve the tumor-bearing survival state of"dancing with wolves".It can effec-tively improve the quality of life of patients and delay the occurrence and development of tumor.
