摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘对清代骨伤科著作《伤科大成》治疗骨伤科疾病的组方用药规律进行探究,希望对临床用药提供新思路.方法:整理《伤科大成》治疗骨伤科疾病方剂共 41 首,利用Microsoft Excel 2016、IBM SPSS Modeler18.0、IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 进行关联分析和聚类分析.结果:共计纳入 41 首医案处方,涉及 139 种中药,用药总频次为 470 次,高频药物(>10 次)共 7 味,最高频次药物为当归,其次为乳香、红花、没药、白芍、川芎、枳壳、陈皮、地黄、三七、熟地黄、苏木等,药物药味以苦、辛、甘为主,药性以寒、温为主,归经以肝、心、脾、肺经为主,关联分析共得到核心药物 7 组,聚类分析将 20 味中药分为 4 类.结论:赵濂治疗骨伤科疾病以清热凉血、行气止痛、活血化瘀、补益肝肾为主,可为中医骨伤科临床提供参考.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the prescription and medication rules of the Qing Dynasty orthopedic book"Shangke Dacheng"for the treatment of orthopedic diseases based on data mining,hoping to provide new ideas for clinical medi-cation.Methods:A total of 41 prescriptions for the treatment of orthopedic diseases in"Shangke Dacheng"were sorted out,and association analysis and cluster analysis were performed using Microsoft Excel 2016,IBM SPSS Modeler18.0,and IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0.Results:A total of 41 medical case prescriptions were included,involving 139 kinds of Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 470 times.There were 7 high-frequency drugs(>10 times),with the high-est frequency being angelica,followed by frankincense,safflower,myrrh,white peony,Chuanxiong,Fructus Aurantii,Tangerine Peel,Rehmannia,Notoginseng,Cooked Rehmannia,And Sappan Wood.The taste of the drugs was mainly bitter,pungent,and sweet,the properties were mainly cold and warm,and the meridians were mainly liver,heart,spleen,and lung.The association analysis obtained a total of 7 core drug groups,and the cluster analysis divided the 20 Chinese medicines into 4 categories.Conclusion:ZHAO Lian's treatment of orthopedic diseases mainly focused on clearing heat and cooling blood,promoting Qi and relieving pain,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and tonifying the liver and kidney,which can provide a reference for the clinical practice of orthopedics in tradi-tional Chinese medicine.
