Effect of Interactive Scalp Acupuncture Combined with rTMS-based Limb Function Training on Patients with Limb Dysfunction During Stroke Rehabilitation
Objective:To explore the effect of interactive head acupuncture combined with rTMS-based limb function training on clinical efficacy, motor function, neuroprotective factors and quality of life in patients with limb dysfunction after stroke rehabilitation. Methods:According to the random number table method,137 patients with hemiplegia due to stroke who visited Zhumadian Central Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were divided into a control group(68 cases)and an observation group(69 cases). The control group underwent rTMS-based limb function training, and the observation group combined interactive head acupuncture on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 1 month. The clinical efficacy, motor function, neuroprotective factors and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the FMA-upper limb score and FMA-lower limb score of both groups increased, and the increase in the observation group was greater than that in the control group;the 5m reentry test time of both groups was reduced, and the decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor, nerve growth factor and neurotrophin-3 in both groups increased, and the increase in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treat-ment,the scores of body pain, vitality, physiological function, physical function, mental health, general health,emo-tional function and social function in both groups increased, and the increase in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interactive head acupuncture combined with limb function exercise based on rTMS has a definite effect in the rehabilitation of limb dysfunction in stroke patients, and can effectively im-prove the patient's motor function, regulate the level of neuroprotective factors, and improve their quality of life.
