Effect of"Jingubingju"Tuina Combined With Blade Acupuncture on Sleep Disorders of Patients With CSA
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of"Tendons and Bones Lifting"massage combined with blade needle acupuncture in the intervention of sleep disorders caused by vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis. Methods:A total of 60 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis who met the criteria were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group. The observation group was treated with"Tendons and Bones Lifting"mas-sage combined with blade needle acupuncture, and the control group was treated with blade needle acupuncture, with 30 cases in each group. Before the start of treatment and after the completion of the treatment course, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Visual Analog Scale(VAS),efficacy evaluation and follow-up recurrence after 1 month were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the changes in PSQI and VAS scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.05);the differences between the observation group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(76.67%);the follow-up one month after the end of treatment showed that the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:"Tendons and bones"massage combined with blade acupuncture therapy can improve the relevant clinical symptoms of patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis, and can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients and reduce the recurrence rate.
