The Effect of Directional Penetration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Patients with Cerebral Artery Insufficiency Vertigo and its Influence on Hemodynamics and Sleep Quality
Objective:To explore the effect of Chinese medicine directional drug penetration in patients with vertigo caused by cerebral artery insufficiency and its effect on hemodynamics and sleep quality. Methods:A total of 87 pa-tients with vertigo caused by cerebral artery insufficiency in Kaifeng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Henan Province from January 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects and divided into a drug group and a drug penetration group according to the nursing method.43 cases in the drug group were given oral intervention of betahistine, and 44 cases in the drug penetration group were given combined Chinese medicine directional drug pen-etration.The symptom improvement effect, hemodynamic indicators and sleep quality of the two groups were compared. Results:After 3 months of intervention, the number of vertigo occurrences, the duration of vertigo and the score level of the Vertigo Disability Survey Scale after 2 weeks of intervention in the two groups were lower than those before inter-vention,and the drug penetration group was lower than the drug group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention, the basal artery blood flow velocity, average blood flow velocity, left vertebral artery blood flow velocity, and right vertebral artery blood flow velocity levels of the two groups of patients increased compared with those before intervention, and the drug-penetrating group was higher than the drug group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention, the sleep time, sleep time, and sleep quality scores of the two groups of patients decreased compared with those before intervention, and the drug-penetrating group was lower than the drug group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine directional penetration can regulate the hemodynamics of patients with vertigo caused by cerebral artery insufficiency, improve sleep quality, and improve the effect of symptom improvement.
