摘要
目的:总结纯中医治疗感染及脓毒症的临床疗效.方法:收集 2022 年 9 月—2023 年 7 月中医经典科收治的降钙素原(PCT)>2ng/mL、经纯中医治疗有效的感染及脓毒症住院患者 42 例的临床资料,包括一般资料、诊断、治疗方法,入院及出院时的炎症指标PCT、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血白细胞(WBC)及中性粒细胞比(N%),血培养结果等.全程未使用抗菌素.结果:经治疗后痊愈出院 41 例、好转出院 1 例.平均住院时间(5.57±2.70)d.所有患者入院第 4 天时炎症指标均明显下降,并存在显著性差异;出院时体温均恢复正常.结论:纯中医治疗可以有效控制感染及脓毒症.
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the clinical efficacy of pure TCM in the treatment of infection and sepsis.Meth-ods:The clinical data of 42 hospitalized patients with infection and sepsis with procalcitonin(PCT)>2ng/mL and effec-tive pure TCM treatment admitted to the Department of Classical Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to July 2023 were collected,including general information,diagnosis,treatment methods,inflammatory indicators PCT,C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cells(WBC)and neutrophil ratio(N%)at admission and discharge,blood culture results,etc.No antibiotics were used throughout the whole process.Results:After treatment,41 cases were cured and discharged,and 1 case was discharged after improvement.The average length of hospital stay was(5.57±2.70)days.The inflam-matory indicators of all patients decreased significantly on the 4th day of admission,and there was a significant dif-ference;the body temperature returned to normal at discharge.Conclusion:Pure TCM treatment can effectively control infection and sepsis.
