摘要
意识障碍的特点是觉醒和/或意识的改变,西医认为其常见的机制是脑损伤和意外引起大脑皮层兴奋性突触活动的广泛撤退,临床多采取对症治疗、促进脑代谢等方式治疗.针灸促觉醒历史悠久,越来越多的临床研究将针灸应用于意识障碍的治疗中,目前仍缺乏相关文献综述.文章对针灸促觉醒的机制研究进行整理,并纳入近 10 年的临床应用研究,为今后针灸促觉醒意识障碍患者的机制与临床研究提高参考.
Abstract
Consciousness disorders are characterized by changes in wakefulness and/or consciousness.Western medicine believes that the common mechanism is the widespread withdrawal of excitatory synaptic activity in the cer-ebral cortex caused by brain damage and accidents.Clinical treatment is often symptomatic treatment and promotion of brain metabolism.Acupuncture has a long history of promoting awakening.More and more clinical studies have applied acupuncture to the treatment of consciousness disorders,but there is still a lack of relevant literature reviews.This article summarizes the research on the mechanism of acupuncture promoting awakening and incorporates the clinical application research in the past 10 years,which will provide reference for the mechanism and clinical research of acu-puncture promoting awakening in patients with consciousness disorders in the future.
