摘要

人文教育是一种重视人性和人的价值的教育,它能促进人的全面发展,但在目前中医药院校研究生培养过程中,重视不够.本文通过对人文教育概念的梳理,从招生规模扩大、课程体系改革、个人成长需要、优秀中华传统哲学人文思想四个方面,阐释了研究生人文教育的必要性,提出通过牢固树立课程、导师和自我三种意识,聚焦研究生教育问题导向理念,培养目标,教育内容,教育范式,以及通过在师生关系中融入人文教育等方式加强中医药院校研究生人文教育.

Abstract

Humanistic education is an education that values human nature and human values,which can promote the all-round development of people.However,in the current process of postgraduate training in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities,it is not given enough attention.This article clarifies the concept of humanistic education,and explains the necessity of postgraduate humanistic education from four aspects:enrollment expansion,curriculum system reform,personal growth needs,and excellent traditional Chinese philosophical humanistic think-ing.It proposes to strengthen postgraduate humanistic education in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universi-ties by firmly establishing three kinds of consciousness:curriculum,mentorship,and self-awareness,focusing on the problem-oriented concept of postgraduate education,training objectives,educational content,educational paradigm,and integrating humanistic education into teacher-student relationships.
