Discussion on the Application of Regulating Liver and Spleen in Mammary Gland Hyperplasia based on the Theory of "Suppressing Wood and Supporting Earth"
Breast hyperplasia is the most common breast disease in women of childbearing age,and its treatment is mainly based on traditional Chinese medicine. Breast hyperplasia belongs to the category of "breast knot","breast knot","breast tuberculosis" in traditional Chinese medicine. The author believes that its basic pathogenesis is liver Qi stagna-tion,spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction,and phlegm and blood stasis in the breast. In terms of treatment,it is advocated to regulate the liver and spleen as the main method,and to soothe the liver and strengthen the spleen as the ba-sis,which runs through the whole process of breast knot treatment;the emphasis is on soothing the liver,promoting Qi and relieving pain,and strengthening the spleen to resolve phlegm and dissipate knots. In clinical practice,according to the characteristics of the patient's symptoms,soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen have different emphases. It can often achieve good clinical effects and has certain clinical application value. A case is attached.
