This article summarizes Professor Yuan Xiaofeng's experience in the treatment of simple obesity in children. In clinical diagnosis and treatment,Professor Yuan summarized its basic pathogenesis as " the access of the triple warmer including lung,spleen and kidney is obstructed,and phlegm remains in the body ",and believed that the occurrence of simple obesity in children is related to the dysfunction of triple warmer pneumatization caused by a variety of factors,so that phlegm and pathogenic stasis in the body,resulting in obesity . The normal operation of the gasification function of the triple warmer mainly depends on the promulgation function of lung,the ascending lucidity function of spleen and the transpiration function of the kidney,so the treatment should be dialectical treatment,after distinguishing the pathogenesis of gasification of the triple warmer,we should give different treatment principles such as " Opening and distributing lung qi "," Strengthening the spleen and regulating middle warmer" and " Warming the kidney and promoting lower warmer circulation ". At the same time,it advocates the scientific maintenance method,diet and exercise habits,and the combination of internal and external treatment,and has obtained good clinical effect.
