摘要
气机升降出自《黄帝内经》,是中医传统理论体系的重要组成部分,指导历代医家数千年.肺主气,司呼吸,为人体之娇脏,上通鼻窍,外合皮毛,在脏腑中其位最高,易受外邪侵袭.诸气者,皆属于肺,故肺系疾病的发生、进展与人体气机升降失常关系密切.而麦门冬汤具有调畅气机,清养肺胃的作用,通过组方中药味升降变化来治疗肺的气机升降失常.该文以麦门冬汤为例,遵循前人研究基础,旨在探讨气机升降理论在肺系疾病临床应用,为临床实践提供理论依据,开拓中医治疗肺系疾病的新方向和新思路.
Abstract
The rise and fall of Qi is from Huangdi Neijing,which is an important part of the traditional Chinese medicine theory system and has guided doctors for thousands of years. The lung controls Qi and controls breathing. It is the most delicate organ of the human body. It is connected to the nasal cavity and the skin. It is the highest among the internal organs and is easily invaded by external evil. All Qi belongs to the lung,so the occurrence and progression of lung diseases are closely related to the abnormal rise and fall of Qi in the human body. Maimendong Decoction has the function of regulating Qi and nourishing the lung and stomach. It treats the abnormal rise and fall of Qi in the lung through the rise and fall of the Chinese medicine flavor. Taking Maimendong Decoction as an example,this article fol-lows the research foundation of predecessors and aims to explore the clinical application of the theory of the rise and fall of Qi in lung diseases,provide a theoretical basis for clinical practice,and open up new directions and new ideas for the treatment of lung diseases by TCM.
