Clinical Observation on Qishen Xiaopi Decoction in Treating Cancer Related Fatigue of Lung Cancer
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qishen Xiaopi prescription on patients with lung cancer-related fatigue of lung and spleen deficiency type. Methods:A total of 90 patients were divided into control group,treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 according to their condition,with 30 patients in each group. The efficacy in-dexes and safety indexes such as Piper score,TCM syndrome score,blood routine test,EORTC QLQ-C30 score,BFI score were observed in the three groups before and after treatment. Results:Piper fatigue score,TCM syndrome score,QLQ-C30 score and BFI score of the three groups were improved after treatment compared with those before treatment,but the treatment groups 1 and 2 were better than the control group. The total effective rate of the control group was 36.67%,the total effective rate of the treatment group 1 was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group 2 was 76.67%. There was no significant change in the blood routine of the control group. The white blood cells,red blood cells,and hemoglobin of treatment group 1 were significantly higher than before,and the red blood cells,hemo-globin,hematocrit,and platelets of treatment group 2 were significantly lower than before. The red blood cells of treat-ment group 1 were higher than those of treatment group 2 and the control group,and the hemoglobin was higher than that of treatment group 2. The red blood cells and hematocrit of treatment group 2 were lower than those of the control group. Conclusion:Qishen Xiaopi Recipe can effectively alleviate the fatigue symptoms of patients with lung and spleen deficiency type lung cancer-related fatigue,improve clinical indicators,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions caused by combined anti-tumor therapy. It is safe and effective,and worthy of clinical promotion.
