Bone repair involves multiple cell types and intracellular and extracellular molecular signaling pathways.The active ingredients of many Qi-Tonifying Chinese medicines have shown significant effects in promoting the growth and differentiation of osteoblasts and protecting chondrocytes.The regulatory effects and mechanisms of these Qi-Ton-ifying Chinese medicines on bone repair have certain research value and practical significance.This paper discusses the signaling pathways and mechanisms of action of 9 high-frequency Qi-Tonifying Chinese medicines in bone repair,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of orthopedic-related diseases in the future,and also to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of new Chinese medicines.
