Due to its special regional cultural factors,Shanghai-style Chinese medicine has formed unique char-acteristics of drug use,and its most notable feature is the light and flexible use of drugs.The concept of light and flex-ible use of drugs emphasizes lightness,flexibility and protection of the spleen and stomach in legislation;emphasizes light and mild medicinal properties,appropriate dosage,flexible dosage form,clear medicinal juice,and psychological counseling and treatment of patients in prescription;in drug use,firstly,flower drugs are used well,and flower drugs have the common characteristics of aromatic turbidity,relieving depression and invigorating the spleen,and regulating Qi and blood;secondly,the drug compatibility and preparation are flexible and appropriate,which is in line with the legislative prescription.In-depth exploration of the connotation of light and flexible use of drugs has certain guiding significance for the inheritance and development of current Chinese medicine.
