The"Zhen Jiu Jia Yi Jing"written by Huangpu Mi is the earliest existing monograph on acupuncture and moxibustion in my country.It has constructed a complete academic framework system for acupuncture and moxibustion and is a must-read for future medical students.It pioneered the diagnosis and treatment of infertility in later genera-tions.The diagnosis and treatment of infertility is mainly described in Volume 12.Women's Miscellaneous Diseases 10,which has high academic value.This paper aims to explore the academic essence of Huangpu Mi's use of acupunc-ture in infertility,and attempts to analyze the mechanism of acupoint treatment of infertility in the book and promote it in clinical practice.It explains the theoretical basis of acupoint treatment of infertility from multiple perspectives such as meridian circulation rules,symptoms,root knots and holographic theory,and provides reference value for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of infertility.
