CHENG Xiaoyu's Experience in Treating Coronary Heart Disease(CHD)
Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a common cardiovascular disease in clinical practice.It refers to a disease in which myocardial blood supply is impaired due to coronary atherosclerosis causing coronary artery stenosis.If the ste-nosis gradually worsens,it can lead to myocardial infarction and various arrhythmias.If the disease develops seriously,it can lead to heart failure,which directly endangers human life.How to improve clinical symptoms and delay the progres-sion of the disease is the key and difficult point of current treatment.Professor CHENG Xiaoyu has unique insights into the pathogenesis and treatment of CHD.The tutor believes that the pathogenesis of CHD is deficiency of the root and excess of the symptoms.Deficiency of spleen and kidney is the root,and phlegm and blood stasis are the symptoms.Deficiency of the root and phlegm and blood stasis play an important role in the onset of the disease.Therefore,during treatment,we focus on resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis,relieving arthritis and strengthening the root.At the same time,we emphasize the treatment of body and mind,the combination of Chinese and Western medicine,and the treatment according to the time.In addition,we use the external treatment method with Chinese medicine characteristics,which has achieved good clinical results and provided new ideas for the treatment of the disease.
