摘要
痹证是由风、寒、湿三种邪气引起的以肢体关节疼痛酸楚、麻木重着为主要表现的一类病证,龙运光教授认为湿邪与痹证的发病具有密切的关系,贯穿痹证发生发展的始终.龙运光教授提出"痹证从湿论治"的观点,并善用药对、虫类药、藤类药、民族医药治疗痹证具有良好疗效.此外,龙运光教授强调痹病日久易损伤脾胃、肝肾,在辨证论治时不仅要注意顾护脾胃,健脾除湿,也常使用杜仲、桑寄生等药物以滋补肝肾.作者有幸跟随龙运光教授门诊研习,现通过归纳和整理龙运光教授治疗痹证的临证经验,希望为中医药治疗痹证提供更多理论的支撑.
Abstract
Bi syndrome is a disease caused by three kinds of evil spirits:wind,cold and dampness,with the main manifestations of pain,soreness,numbness and heaviness in the limb joints.Professor LONG believes that dampness is closely related to the onset of Bi syndrome and runs through the development of Bi syndrome.Professor Long proposed the viewpoint of"treating Bi syndrome from dampness",and made good use of drug pairs,insect drugs,rattan drugs,and ethnic medicine to treat Bi syndrome with good efficacy.In addition,Professor LONG emphasized that Bi disease is easy to damage the spleen,stomach,liver and kidney over time.When distinguishing and treating,we should not only pay attention to protecting the spleen and stomach,strengthening the spleen and removing dampness,but also often use drugs such as Eucommia ulmoides and mistletoe to nourish the liver and kidney.The author was fortunate to fol-low Professor LONG's outpatient study.Now,by summarizing and organizing Professor LONG Yunguang's clinical experience in treating Bi syndrome,we hope to provide more theoretical support for the treatment of Bi syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine.
