The Effect of Reference Injection and Western Medicine on Elderly Acute Myocardial Infarction Combined with Cardiogenic Shock on Left Ventricular Systolic Function and Prognosis
Objective:To investigate the effect of the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with cardiogenic shock on the left ventricular systolic function and prognosis.Methods:According to the random number table method,77 el-derly patients with acute myocardial infarction and cardiogenic shock treated in Zhengzhou Municipal Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were divided into control group(39 patients)and observation group(38patients).The control group received conventional western medicine therapy,while the observation group included injection based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for one week.To compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups,mean arterial pressure,systolic pressure,central venous pressure,heart rate,amino terminal minatridium pep-tide precursor,lactic acid level,and the amount of adrenaline,and left heart function before and 2 weeks after treat-ment.Results:The clinical effect of the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The mean arterial pressure and systolic blood pressure increased in the two groups,and the observation group increased more than the control group;the central venous pressure and heart rate decreased in the two groups,and the decrease in the observation group than the control group(P＜0.05).The amino-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor and lactate levels decreased,and the observation group had less noradrenaline than the control group(P＜0.05).After treat-ment,stroke volume,cardiac output,cardiac output index,left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular posterior wall thickening rate and left ventricular short axis shortening rate increased in the two groups,and the observation group increased more than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of reference injection combined with western medicine in the elderly with acute myocardial infarction combined with cardiogenic shock is effective,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,regulate the level of amino terminal brain natridium peptide precursor and lactic acid,improve the left heart function,and be conducive to the prognosis of patients.
