A Clinical Study on the Treatment of Heart and Spleen Deficiency Palpitations in the Late Stage after PPCI Surgery of Coronary Heart Disease
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of self-prescribed Yiqi Buxu prescription in the treatment of postoperative palpitations of heart and spleen deficiency type after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PPCI)for coronary heart disease.Methods:The patients with acute myocardial infarction who were admitted to the Depart-ment of Cardiology of Taihe County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to October 2022 and successfully completed PPCI were collected and analyzed.The patients were classified into the control group(31 cases)and the treatment group(31 cases)according to the syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine in the postoperative recovery period.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine after PPCI for acute myocardial infarction of coronary heart disease.The patients in the treatment group took self-prescribed Yiqi Buxu decoction on the basis of the control group,and the amount was adjusted according to the individual conditions of the patients.The treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks.The two groups were compared before and after treatment in terms of left ventricular ejection fraction,stroke volume,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,subjective palpita-tion symptoms,dynamic electrocardiogram,and TCM syndrome score.Results:There was no significant difference in each score between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the increase of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter was lower than that of the control group,the improvement of TCM syndrome was better than that of the control group,the degree of relief of subjective palpitation symptoms was better than that of the control group,and the probability of arrhythmia in dynamic electrocardiogram results was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P＜0.05);there was no significant difference in stroke volume between the two groups after treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The self-prepared Qi-invigorating and deficiency-replenishing prescription can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of palpitations of the heart and spleen deficiency type after coronary artery intervention,reduce the occurrence of arrhythmias after coronary artery intervention,delay the process of myocardial injury,thereby promoting postoperative recovery and improving the quality of life of patients.
