Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Jiyu Lishui Decoction Combined with Compound Kushen Injection in the Treatment of Pleural fluid of Lung Cancer
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Jiyu Lishui decoction combined with Compound Sophora flaves-cens Injection in the treatment of pleural effusion in patients with lung cancer.Methods:A total of 56 patients with pleural effusion due to non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was given Compound Sophora flavescens Injection in the pleural effusion;the treatment group was given Jiyu Lishui decoction on the basis of the control group.Two weeks was one course of treatment,and a total of two courses were performed.After the treatment,the remission rate of pleural effusion,quality of life score,TCM syn-drome score,serum albumin,and serum total protein values of the two groups were compared,and the safety was evalu-ated.Results:After treatment,the remission rate of pleural effusion,quality of life score,serum albumin and total protein values of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences;there was no significant dif-ference in safety between the two groups.Conclusion:The combination of Jiyu Lishui decoction and Compound Sophora Flavescentis Injection for pleural perfusion in the treatment of lung cancer pleural effusion has significant efficacy,can improve serum total protein and albumin levels,improve the quality of life,and has high safety.
