Research Progress in Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Combined with Anxiety and Depression
This paper discusses the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment methods,and prescriptions of coronary heart disease combined with anxiety and depression.Combined with the progress of modern medical research,this study believes that coronary heart disease combined with anxiety and depression belongs to the category of"dual heart dis-ease",the disease is located in the heart,involving the liver,spleen,and kidney,and the pathogenesis is liver depres-sion and Qi stagnation,heart and mind are not nourished,kidneys fail to seal and store,and spleen fails to move and function.According to the specific clinical symptoms,the treatment method in clinical practice is mainly to"soothe the liver and regulate Qi,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,connect the heart and kidney,nourish Yin and calm the mind,and strengthen the spleen and nourish blood,replenish Qi and calm the mind".While treating cardio-vascular diseases,paying attention to psychological problems is of great significance to improving the clinical treatment effect.
