In recent years,the incidence of cardiovascular diseases has been rising year by year.Among them,chronic heart failure has become a major problem for clinical physicians due to its high incidence,high mortality rate,and high readmission rate.In clinical practice,many problems are often faced:such as diuretic resistance,drug-induced liver and kidney damage,and difficulty in taking medicine due to gastrointestinal stasis.Traditional Chinese medicine has achieved good results in the clinical treatment of chronic heart failure.Therefore,the prevention and treatment of chronic heart failure with traditional Chinese medicine has become a hot topic and difficulty in recent years.This article sorts out recent literature and analyzes it from several aspects,including etiology and pathogenesis,clinical research,and experimental research,so as to provide a diagnosis and treatment idea for the clinical treatment of common syndromes of blood stasis and water retention in chronic heart failure.
