摘要
目的:了解目前直肠癌术后低位前切除综合征(LARS)的治疗进展.方法:搜索近年来关于直肠癌术后LARS相关研究文献并加以综述.结果:LARS治疗包括一般治疗、药物治疗、经肛门灌洗、盆底康复训练、神经刺激、中医疗法等多种治疗方法.结论:目前LARS缺乏统一的治疗标准,详尽的评估、规范的手术及治疗以及有效的患者教育都可以预防或减轻LARS.灌肠、针灸、穴位按摩理疗等作为中医特色疗法亦发挥着重要作用,临床上取得显著疗效,我们应继续发掘中医药针对于LARS的独特优势,提升患者术后生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To understand the current treatment progress of low anterior resection syndrome(LARS)af-ter rectal cancer surgery.Methods:To search and review the relevant research literature on LARS after rectal cancer surgery in recent years.Results:LARS treatment includes general treatment,drug therapy,transanal irrigation,pelvic floor rehabilitation training,nerve stimulation,traditional Chinese medicine therapy and other treatment methods.Con-clusion:At present,there is a lack of unified treatment standards for LARS.Detailed evaluation,standardized surgery and treatment,and effective patient education can prevent or alleviate LARS.Enema,acupuncture,acupoint massage therapy,etc.,as traditional Chinese medicine characteristic treatments,also play an important role and have achieved significant clinical effects.We should continue to explore the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine for LARS and improve the quality of life of patients after surgery.
