Application of Xin'an Famous Doctors'Teacher Succession Education Combined with CBL Teaching Model in Clinical Teaching of Postgraduates Majoring in Nephropathy with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine
Objective To observe the effect of the Xin'an Famous Doctors'Teacher Succession Education combined with CBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of postgraduates majoring in nephropathy with integrated traditional Chi-nese and Western medicine.Methods 60 second-year graduate students majoring in clinical nephropathy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine from Grade 2019 to 2022 who were studying in the Department of Nephrol-ogy,the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 in each group.The observation group used the Xin'an Fa-mous Doctors'Teacher Succession Education combined with CBL teaching mode,and the control group used the tra-ditional clinical teaching mode of graduate students.Questionnaire survey combined with OSCE mode assessment was used to compare the teaching satisfaction and professional knowledge assessment scores of the two groups.Results The recognition of the graduate students in the observation group to the Xin'an Famous Doctors'Teacher Succession Edu-cation combined with CBL teaching mode was 94.17%,the recognition of the cultivation of clinical thinking ability of TCM was 90.00%,and the recognition of the improvement of clinical diagnosis and treatment ability of integrated tra-ditional Chinese and Western medicine was 94.17%;the recognition of the graduate students in the observation group to the Xin'an Famous Doctors'Teacher Succession Education combined with CBL teaching mode was higher than that of the control group to the traditional clinical teaching mode(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the cultivation of clinical thinking ability of TCM and the improvement of clinical diagnosis and treatment ability of integrated traditional Chi-nese and Western medicine in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the professional theory examination scores between the two groups(P>0.05),but the clinical skills examination scores and the total scores of the examination were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Xin'an Famous Doctors'Teacher Succession Education combined with CBL teaching mode can cul-tivate the clinical thinking of diagnosis and treatment of nephropathy for postgraduates majoring in nephropathy with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,enhance clinical diagnosis and treatment skills,stimulate the learning interest and improve the clinical teaching effect.
