Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer based on the Theory of"Tumour Toxicity-State Targeting"
Pancreatic cancer is known as the"king of cancers",with insidious onset, rapid progression, extremely poor efficacy and prognosis, and gradually increasing mortality in recent years, which urgently requires the emergence of a new model of cancer treatment.TONG Xiaolin academician proposed"state target identification and treatment"is a modern Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment system, with the disease as the latitude,to determine the core dis-ease mechanism, with the state as the meridian, the stage of the disease level. As an innovative academic point of view in Chinese medicine, the theory of"tumour toxicity"is widely used in the prevention and treatment of clinical malig-nant tumour. This paper combines the theories of"tumour toxicity"and"state-target identification",divides pancre-atic cancer into four states:tumour toxicity, tumour toxicity, residual toxicity, and toxicity stagnation, and seizes the targets of each state, implements the treatment of each state, and adjusts the state-targets together,so as to accurately treat pancreatic cancer. At the same time,it explores new ideas of clinical diagnosis and treatment,in order to keep the correctness and innovation on the basis of traditional medicine, break through the original mindset, and realize the high-level development of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine.
