The theory of supporting Yang is the basic method for treating Yang deficiency syndrome.Making good use of ginger,aconite and cinnamon is a significant feature of the theory of supporting Yang.In clinical practice,aconite is used to achieve the effects of replenishing fire and supporting Yang,restoring Yang and rescuing adverse conditions,and dispelling cold and relieving pain.According to the theory of"Yang transforms into Qi,Yin forms",Chief Physi-cian GUO Lihua believes that the occurrence and development of malignant tumors are closely related to the body's own Yang deficiency and spleen and kidney Yang deficiency caused by surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy.As a representative medicine for warming the interior,aconite can achieve the effect of heavy doses to cure chronic diseases when used correctly in large doses in the treatment of malignant tumors.This study provides a theory and new ideas for the treatment of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome in tumor diseases through the clinical experience of Di-rector GUO using aconite in large doses to treat malignant tumors with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.
