中医食治在肿瘤治疗中的作用探讨及运用举隅

肿瘤的预防和治疗是目前医学的瓶颈问题之一,其发生与发展与诸多因素相关如遗传、基因突变、环境污染、生活方式及饮食,其中饮食是患者能量的来源,为患者提供所需营养元素,且与体细胞DNA的损伤和突变、肿瘤的发生和发展有关.饮食的合理性是肿瘤发展及转归的一个重要影响因素.如何在早期通过中医食治,降低肿瘤的发生率;或在肿瘤发生后,通过饮食干预,以延缓肿瘤的发展,提高患者的生活质量,延长患者的生命周期,达到药物和食物治疗相结合的治疗目的,是目前肿瘤临床治疗中的热点问题.
Exploration and Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Food Therapy in Tumor Treatment
The prevention and treatment of tumors is one of the bottleneck problems in current medicine.Its occur-rence and development are related to many factors such as heredity,gene mutation,environmental pollution,lifestyle and diet.Among them,diet is the source of energy for patients,providing them with the necessary nutrients,and is related to the damage and mutation of somatic cell DNA,the occurrence and development of tumors.The rationality of diet is an important factor affecting the development and prognosis of tumors.How to reduce the incidence of tumors through Chinese medicine diet therapy in the early stage;or after the occurrence of tumors,through dietary intervention to delay the development of tumors,improve the quality of life of patients,prolong the life cycle of patients,and achieve the treatment goal of combining drug and food therapy,is a hot issue in the current clinical treatment of tumors.
