To Explore the Mechanism of Moxibustion in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia based on the Theory of"Brain-gut Axis"
Functional dyspepsia(FD)is a common digestive system disease in clinic, and its etiology and patho-genesis are not yet fully understood. At present,it is generally believed that abnormal brain-gut axis function is an important mechanism of FD,which runs through the disease. The brain-gut axis is a bidirectional pathway between the gastrointestinal tract and the brain, which is regulated by nerve conduction, the release of endocrine immune factors, etc.;imbalance of the brain-gut axis is also involved in the process of other pathogenesis.Traditional Chinese medicine theory believes that there is also a wide range of connections between the brain and the gastrointestinal tract, and their physiology and pathology are closely related. This paper discusses the effects of moxibustion on brain-gut peptides,HPA axis and intestinal flora through the brain-gut axis, explores the regulatory effect of moxibustion on FD and its possible mechanism, and provides a reference for the study of moxibustion treatment of FD.
