摘要
《周易》理深意宏,蕴含着丰富的医学史料,《内经》充分汲取《周易》的精华并进一步升华,形成了阴阳学说、气化学说、藏象学说等中医理论,医理源于易理,医易一脉相承.失眠的学说有很多,显示了中医的博大,但很多学说晦涩难懂,临床应用难度大,故该文在《周易》哲理易理的内容框架下,从六十四卦中的《否》《晋》《未济》《震》《巽》《离》《坤》《艮》《乾》《兑》《坎》《明夷》《革》《损》《益》及易理中的刚柔、损益、升降出发,求其源继其流,推天道以明人事,执简驭繁,可以更加深刻的理解失眠的病机及治法,用于指导临床,从而提高临床疗效.
Abstract
"Zhou Yi"is profound and contains rich medical historical materials.Neijing fully absorbs the essence of"Zhou Yi"and further sublimates it,forming the Yin-Yang theory,Qi-transformation theory,Zang-Xiang theory and other Chinese medicine theories.Medical theory originates from Yi theory,and medicine and Yi are inherited from one source.There are many theories of insomnia,which shows the breadth of Chinese medicine,but many theories are obscure and difficult to understand,and clinical application is difficult.Therefore,under the framework of the content of"Zhou Yi"philosophy and Yi theory,this paper starts from the sixty-four hexagrams of"No","Jin","Wei Ji","Zhen","Xun","Li","Kun","Gen","Qian","Dui","Kan","Mingyi","Ge","Sun","Yi"and the rigidity,softness,loss and gain,rise and fall in Yi theory,seeks its source and continues its flow,deduces the way of heaven to understand human affairs,and controls complexity with simplicity,which can help us have a deeper understanding of the pathogenesis and treatment of insomnia,and use it to guide clinical practice,thereby improving clinical efficacy.
