贾师非常重视"从肝论治"类风湿关节炎,他从《素问·痹论》篇肝痹、筋痹概念的提出以及肝化风、肝主筋脉、肝藏血、肝主疏泄、肝木疏土、肝肾同源共七个方面梳理了"从肝论治"类风湿关节炎的相关理论及临床经验,进一步充实了类风湿关节炎"从肝论治"理论及临床依据,以便于指导临床,提高疗效.
Abstract
Master JIA attaches great importance to the"treatment from the liver"of rheumatoid arthritis.He sorted out the relevant theories and clinical experience of"treatment from the liver"of rheumatoid arthritis from seven as-pects,including the introduction of the concepts of liver bi and tendon bi in"Suwen,Bi Lun"and the liver transforming into wind,the liver governing tendons and veins,the liver storing blood,the liver governing dredging,the liver wood dispersing earth,and the liver and kidney being of the same origin,further enriching the theory and clinical basis of"treatment from the liver"of rheumatoid arthritis,so as to guide clinical practice and improve the efficacy.
