Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of insect drugs in the treatment of malignant tumors.Methods:A retrospective study method was used to analyze the compatibility of compound Chinese medicine decoction containing insect drugs.60 patients with malignant tumors who were treated with insect drugs for more than 1 month in the Affili-ated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected to compare the clinical symptoms,blood routine,liver and kidney function of the patients before and after the use of insect drugs.Results:A statistical analysis was performed on the 60 patients with malignant tumors who took compound decoction containing insect drugs.The difference in the TCM symptom score quantitative table was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no sta-tistically significant difference in the changes in blood routine,liver and kidney function,and cancer fatigue(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the 60 patients after taking compound decoction containing insect drugs was 10%,and there was no obvious discomfort.Conclusion:Under the condition of safe dosage and reasonable compatibility,compound decoction containing insect drugs have a good effect in the treatment of malignant tumors,without obvious adverse reactions,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
