摘要
目的:观察扶正升白膏对顺铂化疗副作用的影响.方法:采用前瞻性的研究方法,筛选就诊于重庆市云阳县中医院肿瘤科接受含顺铂化疗的恶性肿瘤患者 60 例,随机分为对照组(仅顺铂化疗不给与中药),试验组(顺铂化疗期间连续给予扶正升白膏口服),记录 2 组患者治疗周期内KPS评分、化疗相关症状积分,评估 2 组患者治疗前后SF-36 生活量表积分,收集 2 组患者治疗期间的血常规,检测 2 组患者治疗前后外周血中凋亡相关蛋白的表达情况.结果:最终纳入统计的患者 56 例,对照组 27 例,试验组 29 例.临床疗效上,相较于对照组,试验组患者KPS评分、化疗相关症状积分、SF-36 生活质量评分及免疫抑制明显改善(P<0.05).在外周血凋亡相关蛋白表达上,相较于对照组,试验组患者外周血Caspase-3、Caspase-9 表达量更低(P<0.05).结论:扶正升白膏能改善顺铂化疗相关损伤,减轻顺铂的免疫抑制效应,其机制可能与减轻顺铂对血液有核细胞的凋亡途径有关.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Fuzheng Shengbai ointment on the side effects of cisplatin chemo-therapy.Methods:A prospective study method was used to screen 60 patients with malignant tumors who were treated with cisplatin chemotherapy in the Department of Oncology of Yunyang County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Chongqing.They were randomly divided into a control group(cisplatin chemotherapy only without Chinese medicine)and an experimental group(continuous oral administration of Fuzheng Shengbai ointment during cisplatin chemothera-py).The KPS scores and chemotherapy-related symptom scores of the two groups of patients during the treatment cycle were recorded,and the SF-36 life scale scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were evalu-ated.The blood routine tests of the two groups of patients during the treatment were collected,and the expression of apoptosis-related proteins in the peripheral blood of the two groups of patients before and after treatment was detected.Results:A total of 56 patients were included in the statistics,including 27 in the control group and 29 in the experi-mental group.In terms of clinical efficacy,compared with the control group,the KPS scores,chemotherapy-related symptom scores,SF-36 quality of life scores and immunosuppression of the experimental group were significantly im-proved(P<0.05).In terms of the expression of apoptosis-related proteins in peripheral blood,the expression levels of Caspase-3 and Caspase-9 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Shengbai Paste can improve cisplatin chemotherapy-related damage and reduce the immunosuppressive effect of cisplatin.Its mechanism may be related to reducing the apoptosis pathway of cisplatin on blood nucleated cells.
