Therapeutic Efficacy of Gandouling Decoction Combined with Sertraline in the Treatment of Phlegm and Stasis Interconnected Wilson's Disease with Obsessive-compulsive Disorder
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Gandouling decoction combined with sertraline in the treatment of patients with Wilson's disease of phlegm and blood stasis type and obsessive-compulsive disorder.Meth-ods:A total of 64 patients with Wilson disease of phlegm and blood stasis type and obsessive-compulsive disorder who met the criteria were selected and randomly divided into a control group of 32 cases and an observation group of 32 cases. Both groups received routine basic copper excretion treatment, the control group was treated with sertraline, and the observation group was treated with sertraline combined with Gandouling decoction. The treatment cycle was 4 courses, each course lasting 8 days. The clinical efficacy of the patients before and after treatment was evaluated.Re-sults:There were 4 cases in the observation group and 1 case in the control group, and a total of 59 people completed the study. After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 85.71%,which was higher than 67.74%in the control group(P<0.05).The increase in 24-hour urine copper level in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.01).The decrease in TCM syndrome score,Y-BOCS score,HAMA score and HAMD score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Con-clusion:Gandouling decoction combined with sertraline can better improve the clinical symptoms of Wilson disease with obsessive-compulsive disorder of phlegm and blood stasis type, and it is highly safe.
