Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of compound curcuma powder in improving the hypercoagu-lable state of malignant tumors.Methods:A total of 60 patients with malignant tumors and hypercoagulable state were collected and randomly divided into a control group of 30 cases(1 case dropped out)and the remaining 29 cases,and a treatment group of 30 cases.The control group received conventional symptomatic supportive treatment,and the treat-ment group was treated with compound curcuma powder on the basis of conventional symptomatic supportive treatment,with a treatment cycle of two weeks.The peripheral blood D-dimer(DD),fibrinogen content(FIB),plasma prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),and platelet count of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were detected,and the TCM syndrome score and quality of life score were recorded.Results:Compound cur-cuma powder can reduce DD,improve FIB,PT,APTT,and improve the quality of life of patients with malignant tumors and hypercoagulable state,indicating that compound curcuma powder is effective in treating malignant tumors and hy-percoagulable state.
