Research Progress on Cellular Signaling Pathways Related to the Pathogenesis of Bronchial Asthma
Bronchial asthma(BA)is a complex chronic inflammatory disease of the airways, characterized by air-way hyperresponsiveness, eosinophil infiltration, reversible airflow obstruction, airway remodeling, excessive mucus secretion, and goblet cell proliferation.Usually manifested as wheezing, coughing, and difficulty breathing. In recent years, targeted therapy of signaling pathways has been shown as a new strategy for treating this disease. This article will provide a systematic review of cell signaling pathways closely related to the pathogenesis of asthma, with the aim of providing potential targets for the clinical development of new drugs for the treatment of asthma.
