摘要
哮喘(bronchial asthma,BA)是一种复杂的慢性气道炎症性疾病,其特征为气道高反应、嗜酸性粒细胞浸润、可逆性气流阻塞、气道重塑、粘液分泌过多和杯状细胞增生.通常表现为喘息、咳嗽和呼吸困难.近年来,信号通路的靶向治疗已显示出作为治疗该疾病的新策略.文章将从参与哮喘发病机制密切相关的细胞信号通路进行系统综述,以期为临床防治哮喘提供参考.
Abstract
Bronchial asthma(BA)is a complex chronic inflammatory disease of the airways,characterized by air-way hyperresponsiveness,eosinophil infiltration,reversible airflow obstruction,airway remodeling,excessive mucus secretion,and goblet cell proliferation.Usually manifested as wheezing,coughing,and difficulty breathing.In recent years,targeted therapy of signaling pathways has been shown as a new strategy for treating this disease.This article will provide a systematic review of cell signaling pathways closely related to the pathogenesis of asthma,with the aim of providing potential targets for the clinical development of new drugs for the treatment of asthma.
