2019 年国家实行三级公立中医医院绩效考核,成为公立中医医院改革和发展的"指挥棒".三级公立中医医院绩效考核工作实施以来,A中医院在领导班子的带领下凝聚全院力量积极应对,多次在绩效考核中取得良好成绩.本文通过分析A中医院应对三级公立中医医院绩效考核的重要举措,指出绩效考核对提升医院运营管理的积极影响和实践经验,同时根据近几年的考核情况选取薄弱环节的关键指标,结合实际对医院未来发展提出合理建议,助力医院提升精细化管理水平、推动高质量发展.
Research on Hospital Operation Management Driven by Performance Appraisal of Public Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals
In 2019,the state implemented the performance appraisal of public traditional Chinese medicine hos-pitals,which has become the"baton"for the reform and development of public Chinese medicine hospitals.Since the implementation of this policy,A Hospital has responded positively with the strength of the whole hospital under the leadership,and has achieved good results in the performance appraisal for many times.By analyzing the important measures taken by A Hospital,this paper points out the positive impact and practical experience brought by the policy in improving hospital operation management.At the same time,based on the key indicators of weak parts in perfor-mance appraisal in recent years,reasonable suggestions in combination of the actual situation are put forward for the future development of the hospital,so as to help it refine its management and continue high-quality development.
