基于"读—思—研—践—创"五育并举的中西医结合妇产科学人才培养模式研究

目的:探索在中西医结合妇产科学本科生人才培养中应用"读—思—研—践—创"五育并举的作用.方法:从中医药大学中西医临床医学专业 2021 级本科生中抽选出两个班合计 130 人.采用常规教学模式的班级(66 人)为对照组,采用"读—思—研—践—创"五育并举的班级(64 人)作为实验组.结合期末总评成绩以及问卷调查,对整体教学结果进行评估.结果:实验组的期末总评成绩和教评结果均较对照组优异(P<0.05).结论:"读—思—研—践—创"五育并举可以提高学习主动性、临床能力、科研能力,培养德才兼备的医学人才.
Research on the Talent Training of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine based on the Five Educations of"Reading-Thinking-Research-Practice-Creation"
Objective:Exploring the role of the Five Educations Simultaneously of"reading-thinking-research-prac-tice-creation"in the undergraduate talent cultivation of obstetrics and gynecology of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:Draw 130 students from two classes of 2021 undergraduate students of the clinical medicine of traditional Chinese and Western in a university of traditional Chinese medicine.There are 66 students with traditional teaching mode in the control group,and there are 64 students with the Five Educations Simultaneously of"reading-thinking-research-practice-creation"in the experimental group.The overall effectiveness of the teaching was evaluated by combining the end-of-term assessment results and questionnaires.Result:The students in the experimental group had better final comprehensive scores and teaching evaluation result than that of the control group.Conclusion:The Five Edu-cations Simultaneously of"reading-thinking-research-practice-creation"can improve the learning initiative,clinical and scientific research ability,and training medical talents with both political integrity and ability.
