Tinnitus is a common and difficult-to-treat disease in clinic,which affects the quality of life and work of patients and can cause insomnia,anxiety,etc."The unity of body and spirit"is an important thinking mode of tradi-tional Chinese medicine.It is a high level of understanding of life philosophy in traditional medicine.It systematically describes the relationship between human body and spirit and believes that human is a harmonious and unified whole of body and spirit.Tinnitus is understood by exploring the connection between"body"and"spirit"and ears.In treatment,"body and spirit co-regulation prescriptions and medicines"and"body and spirit co-regulation acupuncture methods"are used to give full play to the"complementary advantages"of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment.The clinical thinking of tinnitus diagnosis and treatment based on the theory of"the unity of body and spirit"is dis-cussed,in order to provide reference and reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.
