HU Guojun's Experience in Differentiating and Treating Refractory Pruritus
Pruritus is one of the common diseases in dermatology.Because the disease is often prolonged and lin-gering,patients suffer a lot and the treatment is also very difficult.Professor HU Guojun is a famous old Chinese medi-cine doctor in China.He is good at using Chinese medicine to treat difficult and complicated diseases.He proposed that the occurrence of pruritus is most closely related to wind,dampness and heat evil,and achieved a relatively satisfac-tory effect in the treatment of pruritus through the dialectical thinking of combining the whole and the local.The author summarizes the academic thoughts and clinical experience of Mr.HU in the treatment of pruritus,hoping to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of Chinese medicine dermatology.
