The idea of"Zhizhonghe"is the essence of traditional Chinese thought,and traditional Chinese medicine,which is nurtured in traditional Chinese culture,is woven with the idea of"neutralizing"from theory to practice.This article is a summary of Director FEI Aihua's experience in treating primary hypothyroidism(referred to as primary hy-pothyroidism)based on the idea of"Zhizhonghe".Master FEI believes that primary hypothyroidism is more common in middle-aged women.The disease is mainly located in the liver and spleen.The cause and pathogenesis are disharmony between the liver and spleen.The treatment is mainly based on the idea of"Zhizhonghe"and uses acupuncture,medi-cine,and emotional therapy.The three are combined to achieve the purpose of harmonizing the liver and spleen.It has been used clinically for many years with remarkable results and has certain reference value.
