摘要
目的:探讨《丹溪心法》中治疗咳嗽的用药规律及学术思想.方法:通过阅读全文收集《丹溪心法》中符合纳入标准的方剂,利用Microsoft Excel 2016 软件建立咳嗽方药数据库,采用古今云医案平台(V2.3.5)网站进行统计分析.结果:共纳入 36 首方剂,涉及 90 味中药,高频使用中药(频次≥7)依次为半夏、苦杏仁、甘草、青黛、姜汁、茯苓.功效以清热类药物最多.药性以寒、温为主;药味以甘、辛、苦为主;归经以肺经、肝经、脾经为主;基于古今云医案平台通过关联规则分析得到甘草-半夏、茯苓-半夏、茯苓-甘草等 5 对药对;通过聚类分析得到①苦杏仁②半夏、甘草、茯苓③浙贝母、青黛、姜汁、香附 3 首聚类方.结论:朱丹溪在用药上寒温并用,攻补兼施,重视培土生金,肺、脾、肝同治,注重气、血、痰、郁学说,并将解郁化痰之法运用于咳嗽中.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the medication rules and academic thoughts for treating cough in Danxi Xinfa.Methods:The prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria in Danxi Xinfa were collected by reading the full text,and a cough prescription database was established using Microsoft Excel 2016 software.The Gujinyun Medical Case Platform(V2.3.5)website was used for statistical analysis.Results:A total of 36 prescriptions were included,involving 90 Chi-nese medicines.The high-frequency Chinese medicines(frequency≥7)were Pinellia,Bitter Apricot,Licorice,Indigo,Ginger Juice,and Poria.The most effective drugs were heat-clearing drugs.The properties of the medicine are mainly cold and warm;the taste of the medicine is mainly sweet,pungent and bitter;the meridians are mainly lung meridian,liver meridian and spleen meridian;based on the ancient and modern cloud medical case platform,five pairs of medi-cines were obtained through association rule analysis,including licorice-pinellia,Poria-pinellia,Poria-licorice;and three clustered prescriptions were obtained through cluster analysis,including ① bitter almond ② pinellia,licorice,Poria ③ Fritillaria thunbergii,indigo,ginger juice,and Cyperus rotundus.Conclusion:ZHU Danxi used both cold and warm medicines,and both attacked and supplemented.He attached importance to cultivating soil to produce gold,treating the lungs,spleen and liver at the same time,and paid attention to the theory of qi,blood,phlegm and depres-sion,and applied the method of relieving depression and resolving phlegm to cough.
