The Study the Rule of"Homotherapy for Heteropathy"in TCM Treatment of Osteoarthritis of the Knee and Osteoporosis
Objective:To study the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteo-arthritis and osteoporosis based on data mining methods.Methods:The Chinese medicine prescriptions in the clinical research of knee osteoarthritis and osteoporosis were searched in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and other databases to construct a database.Then,statistical software was used to perform frequency analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis and other statistical methods for data mining,and the high-frequency medication and prescription rules for the treat-ment of knee osteoarthritis and osteoporosis were summarized.Results:This study screened out 92 prescriptions for knee osteoarthritis and 106 prescriptions for osteoporosis.The most frequently used prescriptions in knee osteoarthritis included Achyranthes bidentata,Angelica sinensis,Rehmannia glutinosa,White Peony Root,Licorice,etc.,and the most frequently used prescriptions in osteoporosis included Rehmannia glutinosa,Epimedium,Astragalus,Angelica sinensis,Eucommia ulmoides,etc.Among the single herbs,Angelica sinensis and Rehmannia glutinosa were used most frequently.The most frequently used drug pairs are Rehmannia glutinosa-Epimedium and Achyranthes bidentata-Angelica sinensis.Cluster analysis obtained the core drug combinations of the two,which are consistent with their re-spective pathogenesis.Conclusion:The data mining results show that the clinical treatment of osteoporosis and knee osteoarthritis both focus on the use of kidney-tonifying and blood-activating drugs,which is"same treatment".In the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,external evil is also taken into account,and drugs for removing wind,cold and damp-ness,and removing wind,rheumatism and heat are often used,while osteoporosis focuses on the use of drugs for re-plenishing qi and strengthening the spleen.It provides a literature mining basis for better syndrome differentiation and treatment of the two diseases,and provides a certain evidence-based scientific basis for the"Same Treatment of Differ-ent Diseases"of the two.
