Clinical Study of ScalPacupuncture Combined with Qinggan Anshen Decoction in Treating Insomnia Caused by Liver Depression and Fire
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of scalp acupuncture combined with Qinggan Anshen Decoction in the treatment of insomnia in patients with liver stagnation and fire-transforming type.Methods:60 patients with in-somnia who were of liver stagnation and fire type who met the criteria were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups for study.Among them,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group were treated respectively.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Make observations.The treatment group was treated with scalp acupuncture combined with Qinggan Anshen decoction,while the control group was treated with oral estazolam tablets.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and insomnia severity of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Index(ISI)and TCM syndrome scoring indicators were compared to comprehensively evaluate the treatment effect.Results:After a 4-week treatment cycle,the total effective rate of the treatment group reached 93.33%,while that of the control group was 73.33%.The treatment effect of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);After treatment,compared with this group before treatment,the above three scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.01);compared with the control group,the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group.Significant,and the difference reached a statistically significant level(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture combined with Qinggan Anshen Decoction has significant therapeutic effect on insomnia caused by liver stagnation and fire transformation.
