the Curative Effect of Addition and Subtraction of Spleen and Kidney Qi Deficiency type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy and its Effect on Kidney Function
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of modified Shendi Lingrong decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy of spleen and kidney qi deficiency type.Methods:A total of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Yangzhou Jiangdu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were prospectively analyzed and randomly divided into a control group of 40 cases and an observation group of 40 cases.The control group was treated with symptomatic anti-hypertensive,hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic and healthy lifestyle guidance,while the observation group was treated with modified Shendi Lingrong decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the changes in TCM syndrome scores,renal function indicators related to blood creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),and cystatin C(CysC)and blood glucose levels before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes related to the main and secondary symptoms of the two groups of patients were reduced,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SCr,BUN,and CysC in the two groups were reduced,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood glucose 2h after meal,fasting blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were reduced,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shendi Lingrong Decoction has a signifi-cant therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetic nephropathy of spleen and kidney qi deficiency type,can improve the TCM-related symptoms of patients,enhance renal function,and can reduce the blood gluose level.
