Exploring the Effect of Bushen Gujin Ointment on the Stable Phase of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease based on the Theory of"Mutual Growth of Gold and Water"
Objective:To explore the effect of Bushen Gujin Paste on TCM syndrome score,CAT score,inflammatory factors and lung function in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)based on the theory of"gold and water m2148utual generation".Methods:A total of 60 patients with stable COPD were selected and divided into a control group and a treatment group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the treatment group was given Bushen Gujin Paste.The TCM syn-drome score,CAT score,serum inflammatory factors interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-17(IL-17),interleukin-33(IL-33)levels and lung function of the two groups were compared before and after medication.Results:① After 2 months of treatment,the TCM syndrome score and CAT score of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before medication(P<0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).② The serum IL-8,IL-17,and IL-33 levels of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than those before medication(P<0.01),and the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).③ After 2 months of treatment,the lung function indexes of the two groups of patients,including the forced expiratory volume in 1 second and its ratio to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),increased compared with those before medication(P<0.01),and the increase in the treatment group was bet-ter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Gujin Paste can reduce the TCM syndrome score,CAT score and serum inflammatory factor levels of patients with COPD(stable phase),improve the lung function of patients,accelerate the recovery of the body's homeostasis,and improve the quality of life of patients.
