Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Sangbai Decoction Combined with Baihu Decoction in the Treatment of Pediatric Lobar Pneumonia
Objective:Taking children with lobar pneumonia as an example,this paper analyzes the clinical effect of Sangbaipi Decoction combined with Baihu Decoction during treatment.Methods:Subjects:Children diagnosed with lobar pneumonia by comprehensive clinical examination;Study time:January 2022 to July 2023;Sampling cases:52 cases;Grouping method:Simple randomization;The selected subjects were evenly divided into control group and study group,accounting for 26 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the study group was treated with Sangbaipi Decoction combined with Baihu Decoction on the basis of the control group,and the clinical efficacy was compared.Results:After taking the corresponding treatment plan,the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms in the two groups was compared,and the time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors in children between the two groups were measured(P>0.05).After treatment,the parameters of various indicators were reduced,and the decrease in the study group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared,and the results were 96.15%and 73.08%,respectively.The higher values were in the study group(P<0.05).The values of adverse reactions were 11.54%and 19.23%,respectively.Although the values in the study group were lower,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After taking treatment measures,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children,the combination of Sangbaipi Decoction and Baihu Decoction has high safety and effectiveness.It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the body,which is worth learning from and promoting.
