Observation on the Curative Effect of Oral Duteng Granule Combined with Wuwei Guju Badu Powder on Knee Osteoarthritis
Objective:To explore the application and efficacy of Duteng granules combined with Wuwei Guju Badu powder in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,in order to provide a certain reference for clinical medication.Methods:A total of 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis who met the criteria were selected and randomly divided into an observa-tion group and a control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given celecoxib orally,and the observa-tion group was given Duteng granules orally and Wuwei Guju Badu powder externally on the basis of the control group.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks,and the pain visual analogue scale(VAS score),WOMAC osteoarthritis index score,Lysholm knee score(Lysholm)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the VAS and WOMAC scores of the two groups were reduced(P<0.05),and the Lysholm scores were increased(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral administration of Duteng granules combined with external application of Wuwei Guju Badu powder can effectively improve the knee joint function of patients with knee osteoarthritis,enhance the treatment effect,and improve the quality of life of patients.
