Clinical Observation of the Treatment of Adult Femoral Shaft Fractures with Closed Reduction and Interlocking Intramedullary Nailing under the Guidance of Ultrasound Combined with Traditional Chinese Bone-setting Manipulation
Objective:This article aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the effectiveness and safety of closed re-duction and interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation under ultrasound guidance combined with traditional Chi-nese medicine bone-setting techniques in the treatment of adult femoral shaft fractures, and to sort out the advantages of this method and the precautions during the operation. Methods:Forty patients with femoral shaft fractures who met the criteria were selected.Patients in the experimental group underwent interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixa-tion surgery under ultrasound guidance with closed reduction and guide pin placement using traditional Chinese medi-cine bone-setting techniques. The patients in the control group underwent closed reduction of fractures and insertion of guide pins for interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation under the guidance of C-arm machine fluoroscopy and combined with traditional Chinese medicine bone-setting techniques.Compare the reset time and other indicators of the two groups. Results:The reduction time, bleeding volume, and number of C-arm fluoroscopy in the experimen-tal group were all shorter than those in the other group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The differences in healing time, complications and success rates between the two groups were small and not significant(P>0.05).Conclu-sion:This treatment plan can dynamically and intuitively monitor fracture reduction, shorten operation time, reduce intraoperative bleeding and radiation exposure damage to doctors and patients. It has significant clinical effects and is worthy of promotion and application.
