目的 研究竹黄菌发酵液的化学成分.方法 从竹黄菌发酵液的乙酸乙酯萃取部分运用色谱方法分离纯化化合物,并通过理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物的化学结构.结果 从竹黄发酵液的乙酸乙酯萃取部分,分离得到6个化合物,分别为:棕榈酸甲酯(1);棕榈酸(2);5α,8α-epidiory-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol(3);D-阿洛醇(4);胡萝卜苷(5);4-羟基-苯甲酸(6).结论 所有化合物均为首次从该真菌中分离得到.
Chemical Constituents of Fermentation Liquid of Shiraia bambusicola
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the fermentation liquid of Shiraia bambusicola P.Henn. Methods The ethyl acetate extracts in the fermentation liquid of Shiraia bambusicola were isolated and purified by using chromatographic methods. The structures of the constituents were elucidated by physical and chemical properties and spectral data. Results Six compounds were obtained from the ethyl acetate extracts in the fermentation liquid of Shiraia bambusicola ,including methylpalmitate ( 1 ) , palmitate ( 2 ) , 5 α , 8 α-epidiory- ( 22E, 24R )- ergosta-6 ,22-dien-3β-ol( 3 ) ,D-allitol(4) ,Daucosterol( 5 ) ,and 4-hydroxy benzoic acid( 6 ). Conclusion All the compounds are isolated from the Shiraia bambusicola for the first time.
