摘要

目的 对线叶蓟Cirsiumlineare进行生药学研究,为线叶蓟药材的鉴定提供依据.方法 查阅有关文献,采用性状、微性状及显微鉴别方法对线叶蓟进行生药学研究.结果 经性状观察,线叶蓟叶上下表面异色,茎、叶及苞片被有蛛丝毛,茎叶上还存在多细胞长节毛.根部显微可观察到具缘纹孔导管、分泌道及菊糖等特征.茎横切面可见有若干分泌道和草酸钙针晶.叶部显微可见多细胞非腺毛、分隔石细胞.花及果实粉末显微中可见花粉粒、果皮薄壁细胞等.结论 通过性状、微性状及显微特征可对线叶蓟进行准确鉴别.

Abstract

Objective To conduct pharmacognosy studies on Cirsium lineare,and to provide a basis for the identification of Cirsium lineare.Methods Related articles were reviewed and summarized,and pharmacognosy studies of Cirsium lineare were conducted by properties,microscopic characteristics,and microscopic identification.Results The observation of proper-ties showed different colors of the upper and lower surfaces of the leaves,and the stems,leaves,and bracts were covered with arachnoid hairs,with the presence of multicellular long hairs on the stems and leaves.Microscopic observation showed the fea-tures of marginal pit ducts,secretory tracts,and inulin in the roots;several secretory tracts and calcium oxalate needle crystals were observed in the cross section of the stem;multicellular non-glandular hairs and separating stone cells were observed in the leaves;pollen grains and parenchymal cells of the pericarp were seen in the flower and fruit powder.Conclusion Accurate i-dentification of Cirsium lineare can be performed based on properties,microscopic characteristics,and microscopic features.
